Mindpace is a mental health support service that helps people develop the skills to deal with their unwanted thoughts and feelings and reduce the experience of suffering in daily life.
Our services provide a friendly, safe, and non-judgmental environment where people can get respite from the busyness of the world. We offer Mindfit classes, Therapeutic courses, Wellbeing 'at Work', and One-to-One support sessions.
Our ethos is to help people find a fresh perspective from which they can deal with day-to-day life more easily.
