OUR MISSION

Our mission is all about helping people stay mentally balanced, and centred, by spending less time in habitual thought patterns and more time in the present moment.

Our passion comes from the understanding that being in thought isolates one's attention from what's happening around them, and effectively disconnects them from reality.

In other words, the act of thinking literally takes you out of the moment and into your mind, and instead, filters reality through a mentally constructed perception of it. 

We believe that this unconscious mind-based isolation is the root cause of most mental suffering, and that by cultivating a more conscious balance we can change the outlook on one's mental health.
