Come and join our regular classes where you'll be greeted with a smile and a hot drink.
You'll be guided through a sequence of fun and unique mindfulness techniques designed to help you find respite and slow down the activity of your mind.
It's a great social way to build a regular practice and improve your capacity to remain calm and centred.

6 WEEK COURSE
(NSAT) Natural Self alignment therapy
This course is designed to help people who are suffering from anxiety, depression, and feelings of isolation. It offers guidance and support as you explore and further understand the activity of your mind.
The course offers fun and interactive experiments, theoretical understanding, meditation & mindfulness skills development, and lots of compassionate support to aid your personal growth.
6 week course, 90 mins /week. Availability for 2022

MINDFUL ACTIVITIES
Our social activities provide a meeting ground for like-minded people to get together and feel connected in a space where they're encouraged to practice mindfulness and 'being present' while trying something new and interactive.
It's a great way to integrate your usual meditation practice into everyday life.
Activities include Archery, Ukele classes, Pottery making, Woodturning, Country walks, and much more.
